She is survived by husband Andrew, son Andrew M. Kuuiini II, brother Fredy Morris and sisters Marylouise Rodrigues, Josephine Sanders, Shirley Blankenship, Mildred Riggs and Margaret Joseph.

West Hawaii Today (Kailua-Kona, HI) - March 6, 2016

Mrs. Kalahiki Elizabeth Talley, 80, of Kailua-Kona, died Feb. 25, 2016, at her residence. Born in Honolulu on May 4 1935.

She was a Tahitian dancer at the Queen Surf. She was also a cocktail waitress and bartender at the Ranch House in Aina Haina and various others places around Kailua, Oahu. She was a Tahitian dancer for Puka Puka Otea at Queen Surf, the Kodak Hula Show, and the International Marketplace in Waikiki. She was an alumnus of Kamehameha School class of 1953, and a member of the Bushwachers Golf Club.

She is survived by her son, Billy Talley, III, of Kailua-Kona; grandson, Keoni Blankenship of Kailua-Kona; brother, Limaloa (Willie) Chung of Kailua, Oahu; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

No services will be held.

Margaret Lee Blankenship, 91 [1926], of Kailua-Kona died Nov. 17, 2017, at Hospice of Kona Nakamaru Hale in Holualoa. Born in Centerville, Kan., she was a retired medical office manager and "golden member" of Kailua-Kona Seniors Club.

Survived by sons, Sam (Sue Delovio) Blankenship of Ocean View and Tom Blankenship of Sacramento, Calif.; daughter, Sue (Darrel) Holdbrook of Kailua-Kona; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life at a later date. Arrangements by Cremation Services of West Hawaii.

Wilferd W. Daniels, 94, of Keaau died Sept. 15, 2015, at Hilo Medical Center. Born July 10, 1921, in Tulsa, Okla., he was a retired carpenter and a World War II Army Air Force veteran.

He is survived by daughters, Jackie (Richard) Harrison and Melody (Scott) Blankinship, both of California; son, David (Karen) Daniels of Keaau; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

Louie Steven Ondo Sr., 71, of Keaau died Oct 14 at Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu.

He was a Kamehameha Schools-Hawaii security sergeant, a retired Hawaii Police Department lieutenant, former Honolulu police officer, U.S. Army sergeant during the Vietnam War and military policeman, and member of The Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the State of Hawaii.

Visitation 8-10 a.m. Friday (Nov. 13) at Dodo Mortuary Chapel. Celebration of life at 10 a.m. Inurnment at 12:30 p.m.

Survived by wife, Dianne Nalani Ondo of Keaau; daughters, Louanne Michele (Ryan Yoshida) Ondo and Leilani Marie (Shane) Blankenship of Keaau; son, Louie Steven (Michell) Ondo Jr. of Keaau; step mother, Chizuko Ondo of Boise, Idaho; sisters, Ilona Chamberlain of Concord, Calif., and Kandie Alcover of Denver; half-sister, Erika Ondo of Oahu; step sister, Adina Kelley of Boise; half-brother, Delwin Ondo of Oahu; 10 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is survived by wife Jane; sons Glenn, Elton and Randall; brothers Robert and Steven; sisters Sally Blankenship and Lillian Ishii; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Yoshiharu Shimatsu.

She is survived by her sons, Marvin and Lance; daughters Eileen Cabinte and Janice Blankenship; brothers Seichi, Kiyoichi, Jack and Roku Kanekuni; 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2012, at West Side Christian Center, 8401 Kekaha Road, with visitation from 9 a.m. and services celebrated at 10 a.m.
